Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
Orders placed on Fridays will not be processed until the following week, as our warehouse is closed on weekends.
Once placed, orders cannot be canceled or modified. This includes but is not limited to requests to change product size, product color, and address change.

We offer free Ground Shipping on all orders $60.

Make a Claim:
We is not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages once an order has been shipped.
In the event your order is lost in transit where the status is not "delivered" after 14 days of the order date please reach out to our Customer Service Team to start a claim.
Claims for packages presumed to be lost where the status is “delivered” must be filed with the shipping carrier.
